`NOW COMES, HUNTERS GLEN MUNICIPAL UTLITY DISTRICT, (hereinafier
`
`known as HUNTERS GLEN MUD), and would respectfully Show the Court as follows:

`A judgment for foreclosure was signed and pursuant to said judgment, the subject property
`
`was sold at a Constable's sale for delinquent taxes on December 5, 2017. The property sold for
`
`more than the amount due in the judgment, and excess proceeds in the amount of $23,074.92 were
`
`deposited into the Registry of the Court. (Exhibit ‘A ’)
`

`The 2017 taxes due to HUNTERS GLEN MUD became due or delinquent on the subject real
`
`property subsequent to the date of judgment. The claim of a taxing unit for any taxes, penalties, or
`
`interest that have become due or delinquent on the subject property subsequent to the date of the
`
`judgment have priority over all other claims for excess proceeds pursuant to Section 34.04(c)(2). The
`
`amount due for the

`2017 taxes owed on account number(s) 108-170-000-0014 to HUNTERS
`
`GLEN MUD is listed below. As proof of the claim, see the statements for HUNTERS GLEN MUD
`
`attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes. (Exhibit ’B ’).
