`On this day, the Court heard the Application for Probate of Will as Muniment of
`
`Title filed by ROBIN SUZANNE NOWLIN, RHONNA LYNN BUMPAS and DARRYL WAYNE POOL,
`
`Applicants in the Estate of ELEANOR FERN DOYLE, DECEASED, the Decedent. The Court heard
`
`the evidence and reviewed the Will and other documents filed herein and finds:
`
`Decedent died on the 13th day of May, 2019.
`
`Decedent died at Clear Lake Hospital, 500 Medical Center Blvd, Webster, TX 77598.
`
`Four years have not elapsed since the date of Decedent’s death and the date the
`
`application to probate Will was filed.
`
`This Court has jurisdiction and venue.
`
`Notice and citation have been served and returned in a manner and for the length of
`
`time required by law.
`
`Decedent left a Will dated the 31St day ofJuIy, 2014.
`
`

`On the date the Will was executed, the Decedent was of sound mind and had attained
`
`the age of 18 years.
`
`The Will was executed with the formalities and solemnities and under the circumstances
`
`required by law to make it a valid Will. The Will was self-proved.
`
`Decedent did not revoke the Will.
`
`The Will does not name a state, governmental agency of the state, or a charitable
`
`organization as a devisee.
`
`There are no unpaid debts owing by the estate of the Decedent, and therefore, there is
`
`no necessity for an administration of the estate of the Decedent.
`
`IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED THAT:
`
`The Will is admitted to probate as a muniment of title only and shall constitute sufficient
`
`legal authority to all persons owing any money to the estate of Decedent, having custody of any
`
`property, or acting as registrar or transfer agent of any evidence of interest, indebtedness,
`
`property, or right belonging to the estate (and to persons purchasing from or otherwise dealing
`
`with the estate), for payment or transfer, without liability, to the persons described in the Will
`
`as entitled to receive the particular asset without administration.
`
`The person or persons entitled to property under the provisions of the Will shall be
`
`entitled to deal with and treat the properties to which they are so entitled in the same manner
`
`as if the record of title thereof were vested in their names.
`
`

`Applicants are not required to file with the Clerk a sworn affidavit stating specifically the
`
`terms of the Will that have been fulfilled and the terms of the Will have been fulfilled within
`
`180 days from the date of this Order.
`
`The Clerk of the Court is ORDERED to record the Will, together with the application, in
`
`the Minutes of this Court.
