`HP Inc. (Mr. Tony Baca) on this email, so that he may assist in verifica0on as well. In addi0on, please

`Largan’s claims of AOET’s product infringement and requests to have the measurement values and
`item by item comparison from Largan. As AOET does not deny that the iden0fied infringing lens
`products are supplied by AOET, I believe that AOET should have sufficient technical data for the
`iden0fied AOET’s products to verify the item by item claim charts we have provided. If AOET has any
`non infringement opinions for these products, please share with us and provide the data for our
`review.

`Should AOET is interested in obtaining a patent license from Largan, please iden0fy AOET’s lens
`models supplied to the iden0fied HP and Dell products and also provide AOET’s accumulated revenues

`investigation is ongoing, more products and/or patents may be identified.
`Among the patents identified, Largan notified AOET at least as early as August 9, 2013, that AOET’s
`lens products infringe the U.S. Patent 8,395,691. Despite our notice in the year of 2013, it seems that AOET’s
`products have continued infringing Largan’s patents ever since.
`Based on my record, Largan received a proposal by AOET on or around October 3, 2013, which was
`forwarded to my attention from the local outside counsel of Largan. AOET proposed to settle the patent
`infringement issue by paying Largan an amount based on 40% of the total revenue for the lens products sold
`and to take a royalty-bearing license from Largan for future sales. If AOET is still interested in taking a patent
`license from Largan, please contact me by May 31, 2019, for further discussion. Meanwhile, please identify
`AOET’s product models corresponding to the lens images shown in the above table and provide AOET’s
`accumulated revenues from the third calendar quarter of year 2013 to end of the first quarter of year 2019 for
`the identified infringing products sold, including the AOET’s 798 and 877C models in our Y2013 notice.
