`Redeeming points online is easy:
`1. From Welcome to Membership Rewards, click on either Search for Rewards or
`Explore the Program to find the reward you want to redeem.
`2. Once you’ve found your reward, select it from the "Search Results" page to
`view details of the reward.
`3. Click "Order Now!". If you’re not already logged in, enter your User ID and
`Password to continue.
`4. Follow the step-by-step process to complete your redemption. Review the
`reward information carefully. Be sure to include any preferences for
`merchandise rewards.
`5. Click "Submit" to complete your request. Note: click "Submit" only once.
`6. Print the "Thank You" page as your confirmation.

`How to Transfer Points Online to my Frequent Flyer/Guest Account
`Transferring points is easy. If you haven't done so already, you must add your
`frequent flyer/guest account to your Membership Rewards account. See below for
`instructions.
`1. Call the airline or hotel and make a reservation. Be sure to mention that you
`intend to use frequent flyer/guest points. Ask for a confirmation number.
`2. From Welcome to Membership Rewards, click on either Search for Rewards or
`Explore the Program to find the airline or hotel reward program you wish to
`transfer points to.
`3. Once you’ve found your airline or hotel, select it from the "Search Results"
`page to view details of the reward.
`4. Click "Transfer Now!". If you’re not already logged in, enter your User ID and
`Password to continue.
`5. Enter the number of Membership Rewards points to transfer and click
`"Submit". Note: click "Submit" only once.
`6. Print the "Thank You" page as your confirmation.
`7. It takes approximately 3-5 business days for your transfer to be completed. In
`order to complete your reservation, call the airline and follow its procedures for
`ticketing.

`How to Link a Frequent Flyer/Guest Account
`to my Membership Rewards Account
`To transfer points for an air or hotel reservation, your frequent flyer/guest account
`must be linked to your Membership Rewards account:
