`Comes now the Court and having reviewed the plaintiff‘s “Affidavit in Support 0f Request
`For Emergency Possession” and proposed “Emergency Notice 0f Claim F’or Posseésion 0f Real
`Estate” and the court being duly advised now finds that filaintiff has asserted factsun'der oath from
`which a reasonable person would conclude that the defendant has committed 0r thxeatened to
`commit waste t0 the leased premises and that the‘plaintiffwill suffer immediate and erious injury,
`loss or damage if defendant is not required to return possession of the leased premises t0 plaintiff.
`IT IS TI-[ERFORE ORDERED that the request t0 set a hearing on plaintiff’s emergency
`request for possession is gfanted and that a hearing shall be conducted on the 5 day 0f Apn'l,
`2021 at 1:00 o’clock P.M.
`IT IS FURTI-ER ORDERED that the hearing scheduled 0n April 5, 2021 at; 1 :00 o’clock
`PM shall be cofiducted by telephonic fonnat only and directs each party to comply jwith the
`following:
`1. Attorneys are directed t0 efile notice with a phone number for direct access where
`counsel can be reached at for a two and a half hour period beginning at 1:00 o’clock PM on April ~
`5, 202 1.

`(a) The efile notice must be submitted prior to 1:00 PM 0n April 5 2021..
`(b) Failure to provide a phone number shall be treated as failure to appear for
`hearing.

`2. Self—represented litigants, shall provide a phone number to the court that the self—
`represented litigant can be reached at for the scheduled heating in the following manner:

`(a) A self—represented litigant may submit a phone number to the court by email at

`must occur prior to 1:00 0 ’Clock PM on April 5, 2021. This ls the preferred

`(b) A self—represented litigant may submit a phone number t0 the court by
`leaving a number 0n the court’s voice mail at 3 17-61 8—6071. The voice mail
`message must be completed by 1:00 0’clock PM 0n April 5, 2021.
`(c) A self—-represented litigant may submit a phone number t0 the court by
`sending a message to the court by FAX transmission at 3 I 7-327-8190 The FAX
`must be submitted by 1:00 o’clock PM on April 5, 2021. Self-represented
`litigants are responsible for keeping a written confirmation of a FAX E
`transmission.

`The number that is provided must provide direct access to the litigant for a
`two and halfhour period beginning at 1:00 o’clock PM on April, 2021. The court
`will initiate the call during the identified time period.

`(6).. Failure to provide a phone number éhall be treated as failure to appear for
`hearing and may result in default, dismissal, 0r other such adverse consequence
`for that party.
`3. Self—represented litigants who are unable to comply with this order must submit a
`written motion t0 continue their hearing by mailing it t0 the court at:

`4. TI-IIS PROCESS MUST BE REPEATED FOR EACH HEARING.
`5. Rule 2.17 of the Indiana Code 0f Judicial Conduct, entitled, “Prohibiting
`Broadcasting of Proceedings”, provides that judges must prohibit the recording of Court
`proceedings. Accordingly, everyone who in any way participates in, sees, or hears ’the Court
`proceeding is now Ordered that they shall not record the proceedings in any manne'r. ‘ Violations
`0f this rule and Order may be punished by_ Contempt of Court.
`6. A membér of the public may listen t0 a telephonic healing by contactin!g the com at
`3 17-61 8-6071 three (3) days in advance of a non-emergency hearing and one (1) day in advance
`of an emergency hearing t0 make arrangements for access to the hearing.
