`it is hereby ordered, pursuant t0 the request ofthe parties, that the case be removed fiom adjudication by the Court, and further that the
`agreement reached by the panics be made an order of the Court, NOW THEREFORE:
`The parties agree that Plaintiff is entitled to a WRIT OF POSSESSION and judgment against Defendant(s) in the amount of

`rent for the following period: Mav’s rent/ court costs
`The parties have agreed to the following:
`Tenant will pay $336.50 to landlord on 5/13/19 at 5pm and $336.50 on 5/27/19 at 5pm. Failure to
`make these payments will result in a judgment of $673.00 (less any amounts paid) and writ of
`possession. No writ shall issue before 5/20/1 9. This agreement satisfies all claims between the
`parties.
