`
`PURSUANT TO C.G.S. §16~262§t )
`The Petition of the Aquarion Water Company having been presented to this Court and a hearing having been
`held thereon pursuant C.G.S. 16-262t on August 16, 2018;
`
`NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED:
`1. Robert Pagliaro d/b/a Collect Associates of 392 River Road Shelton ,Connecticut is hereby appointed
`Receiver of Rents for the premises described in the Petition, 90-94 Whitney Avenue , Bridgeport, CT 06606
`and the Receiver is hereby authorized to accept and collect all common charges, rents or payments for use and
`occupancy of said dwelling.
`
`_2, Respondent is to disclose to said Receiver, in writing, within 15 days of this Order, the names of all tenants oi
`the premises described in the Petition, the amount of rent due from each, and the time and interval at which the
`common charges and/or rent is due.
`
`to evict tenants/occupants for non-payment to the Receiver
`.3, The Receiver has the right, but not the obligation,
`pursuant to C.G.S. §16-262(t)(c) and the right, but not the obligation,
`to petition the court to obtain any remedy
`available under Chapter 906 of the General Statutes pursuant to C.G.S, §16~262(t) (a)(4).

`g, Said appointment is subject to and under the terms of a certain bond in favor the State of Connecticut on file
`with the Clerk of this court being bond No. 12019936 of the Ohio Casualty Insurance Company conditioned on
`the faithful performance of the Receiver's duties under said appointment.
`
`; Such Receiver shall collect all common charges, rents or payments for use and occupancy of said premises
`from the occupants of the building in question. Said occupants shall be relieved of the responsibility of making
`any such payments to the Respondent until further order of this Court and, in accordance with C.G.S. Section
`§16-262t, subsection ((1), said respondent is specifically enjoined under penalty of contempt from collecting or
`attempting to collect any rent of payment for use and occupancy of said premises so long as this order remains in
`effect. The Receiver shall expend the sums collected by him in accordance with the priorities established by
`C.G.S. §16—262(t).
`
`_6_._ Receiver shall keep records of rent collection and payments pursuant to statutory priorities for said premises in
`accordance with usual accounting principles and the Receiver shall receive a reasonable fee for his services, as
`from time to time, shall be determined by this Court together with reasonable costs.
