`ORDER REGARDING:
`05/11/2020 157.00 MOTION FOR DETERMINATION OF PRIORITIES

`The foregoing, having been considered by the Court, is hereby:
`
`ORDER:
`
`Motion for Supplemental Judgment is granted. It is adjudged that the sale is ratified, confirmed, and
`conveyance approved; and that the defendants shall deliver up the premises to said purchaser. The clerk
`shall pay the committee $3655.54 for fees and expenses, and shall pay the court appraiser $350.00 for
`the appraisal fee, and the Clerk shall then pay the plaintiff the sum of $125,894.46 , representing the
`balance of the proceeds remaining on deposit, said amount being less than the total debt due to Plaintiff.
`There will be no funds remaining on deposit with the Court following these disbursements. However,
`since Executive Order No. 7G currently suspends the time for filing an appeal, the clerk may not
`disburse funds in accordance with the supplemental judgment said Executive Order expires or is
`modified to permit the filing of an appeal, and the appeal period has run.
