`
`ORDER REGARDING:
`05/11/2020 157.00 MOTION FOR DETERMINATION OF PRIORITIES
`
`The foregoing, having been considered by the Court, is hereby:
`
`ORDER:
`
`Motion for Supplemental Judgment is granted. It is adjudged that the sale is ratified, confirmed, and
`conveyance approved; and that the defendants shall deliver up the premises to said purchaser.
`
`Pursuant the Governor’s Executive Order 7G, however, the time for filing an appeal is suspended.
`Accordingly, the clerk is precluded from disbursing sale proceeds at this time, since in the case of an
`appeal, the Appellate or Supreme Court may reverse, or modify, the judgment. After Executive Order 7G
`expires, is terminated or is modified such that the taking of an appeal is no longer suspended, the movant
`may file another motion referencing that fact, this order, and requesting disbursement of the funds
`remaining on deposit.
`
`Judicial Notice (JDNO) was sent regarding this order.
