At all times referenced in the complaint, the Diocese though its representatives acted in a reasonable manner consistent with professional standards, in good faith and without malice and said actions were justified.
WHEREFORE, defendant The Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany, New York respectfully requests judgment dismissing the complaint in its entirety and for such other and further relief as the Court may deem just, proper and equitable.
