Plaintiffs allege Defendant LoanCare wrongfully foreclosed on their home causing them to lose a "substantial amount of equity" in the property at issue and subject to foreclosure.
While Defendant maintains Plaintiffs are not entitled to any recovery, the amount in controversy raised by Plaintiffs’ SAC as disputed totals $140,905.35 or more and in excess of $75,000 before accounting for Plaintiffs’ request for attorney’s fees.
