The Petitioner, Lesvi Yohana Santos, by and through undersigned counsel, hereby files this Motion for Extension of Time, and states as follows: 1.

On or about June 18, 2024, the Respondent, Vania Rodriguez, by and through his attorney, filed an Answer and Counterpetition in this matter.

Undersigned counsels requires additional time to vet the allegations made by the Respondent and ascertain any affirmative defenses.

Undersigned counsel anticipates requiring no more than 30 days to file an answer.

This Motion is being filed in good faith and not to cause undue delay or prejudice.
