`
`REMARKS
`
`Claims 1-20 were presented for examination and all claims were rejected. Claims 8 and
`
`12 are amended herein without prejudice. No new matter has been introduced. With this
`
`response, claims 1-20 are pending of which claims 1, 11 and 16 are independent. Applicant
`
`submits that claims 1-20 are patentable and in condition for allowance.
`
`As an initial matter, the Office Action dated May 30, 2019 is the first action regarding the
`
`pending application. The Office Action Summary on page 1 indicates that the Office Action is
`
`non-final, where the Office Action on page 18 indicates that the Office Action is final. Because
`
`this is the first action, Applicant assumes the Office Action dated May 30, 2019 is non-final, and
`
`respectfully requests withdrawal of the finality of the Office Action.
`
`DOUBLE PATENTING
`
`Claims 1-20 were rejected on the ground of nonstatutory double patenting as allegedly
`
`being unpatentable over claims 1-12, and 15-21 of US. Patent No. 10,123,371. A terminal
`
`disclaimer is submitted herewith.
`
`Thus, the rejection should be withdrawn.

`
`condition for allowance. Accordingly, Applicant respectfully requests reconsideration,
`
`withdrawal of all grounds of rejection, and allowance of all of the pending claims.
