`On this day, came on for consideration Defendant Apple Inc.’s Opposed Motion

`Requesting Supplemental Claim Construction. The Court has considered the Motion Requesting
`
`Supplemental Claim Construction, all responsive pleadings, and the case record, and is of the
`
`opinion that the Motion Requesting Supplemental Claim Construction is meritorious and should
`
`be GRANTED.
`
`Carbyne has seven days to respond to Apple's supplemental Claim construction brief.
`
`Apple will then be allowed to file a reply brief of five pages within seven days of Carbyne's
`
`opposition. Consistent with this Court's typical Markman practice, this court will hold a hearing
`
`to be set at a later date.
