`WHEREAS, the above-captioned actions were filed by Plaintiff Ancora Technologies,
`
`Inc. (“Ancora”) against Defendants LG Electronics Inc. and LG Electronics U.S.A., Inc.
`
`(collectively, “LG”) (Civil Action No. 6:19-cv-00384) and Defendants Samsung Electronics Co.,
`
`Ltd. and Samsung Electronics America, Inc. (collectively, “Samsung”) (Civil Action No. 19-CV-
`
`00385) in the United States District Court for the District of Texas, Waco Division on June 21,
`
`2019;
`
`WHEREAS, the above-captioned actions were ordered consolidated into Civil Action
`
`No. 6:19-CV-00384 on December 8, 2019;

`WHEREAS, in the above-captioned actions, Plaintiff alleges that certain of LG’s and
`
`Samsung’s products infringe U.S. Patent No. 6,411,941 (the “Asserted Patent”);
`
`NOW, THEREFORE, Ancora, LG, and Samsung, through each’s respective counsel,
`
`hereby jointly stipulate to the entry of an Order transferring the above-captioned actions to the
`
`United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, Austin Division, pursuant to 28
`
`U.S.C. § 1404(b). Defendants further stipulate and agree that LG and Samsung each waives any
`
`right it may have to object to venue or move to transfer either above-captioned action to another
`
`division or district.
`
`By entering into this stipulation, Defendants LG and Samsung make no representations as
`
`to the convenience or appropriateness of the venue outside of the above-captioned matters.
`
`Ancora, LG, and Samsung request that an Order be entered directing the Clerk of Court to
`
`transfer the above-captioned cases to the Austin Division, and to remain on the docket of United
`
`States District Judge Alan D. Albright.
`
