`JOINT MOTION TO STAY IN PART
`
`Plaintiff Ancora Technologies, Inc. (“Ancora”) and Defendants Samsung Electronics Co.,
`
`Ltd. and Samsung Electronics America, Inc. (“the Samsung Defendants”) have settled Ancora’s
`
`claims for relief against the Samsung Defendants and the Samsung Defendants’ counterclaims for
`
`relief against Ancora asserted in this case.
`
`NOW, THEREFORE, Ancora and the Samsung Defendants, through their attorneys of
`
`record, request this Court to STAY Ancora’s claims for relief against the Samsung Defendants and
`
`the Samsung Defendants’ counterclaims for relief against Ancora for a period of 45 days to allow
`
`the parties to complete certain prerequisites to dismissal.
`
`For the avoidance of doubt, this motion to stay (as well as the settlement and subsequent
`
`dismissal) does not extend to Ancora’s claims for relief against LG Electronics Inc. and LG
`

`Electronics U.S.A., Inc. Such claims and any counterclaims being asserted by either such entity

`remain in dispute and shall continue.
