`The Court, having considered said Motion for Non-Suit with Prejudice, is of the
`opinion that said Motion for Non-Suit with Prejudice (As to lntervenor Jesus
`Antonio Soto) should be granted.
`IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that all of the
`claims asserted by lntervenor Jesus Antonio Soto against Defendant Julio Perez in
`the above-styled and numbered cause are hereby non-suited (dismissed) with
`prejudice.
`IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all costs of Court expended in the above-styled
`and numbered cause are hereby taxed against the party incurring same.
