`On October 22, 2020, Plaintiffs filed their Notice of Nonsuit with prejudice as to
`
`Defendants, JONATHAN SANTIAGO AND ELSA CANTU. The Court finds that such Notice
`
`was provided at a time before Plaintiffs had introduced all of Plaintiffs’ evidence. The Court further
`
`finds that there were no pending claims for affirmative relief at the time the Notice was filed.
`
`IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Plaintiffs’ Notice
`
`of Nonsuit with prejudice was effective on October 22, 2020, and this action is hereby adjudged
`
`dismissed as of the date of October 22, 2020 as to Defendants JONATHAN SANTIAGO AND
`
`ELSA CANTU.
