`After a hearing the Court finds Defendant is subject to the prOVlSlon applicable to the Installation of an Ignition interlock
`deVIce certified for use in this state by the Texas Department of Public Safety, on the motor vehicle owned by Defendant or on the
`vehicle most regular driven by Defendant and a driver‘s license restriction as prowded by law.
`
`It is ORDERED that Defendant shall (1) not driver or operate a motor vehicle unless it is eqmpped With an ignition interlock
`deVIce certified for use in this state by the Texas Department of Public Safety, (2) not adjust, tamper With, or attempt to Circumvent
`the dune, (3) comply With all reqmrement of the ignition interlock program of the monitoring agency, (4) prowde proof of the
`ignition interlock deVIce installation to the monitoring agency no later than the 30‘h day after the date of release from custody, and
`(5) after installation, shall submit the deVIce for inspection and recalibration every D15 .30 [:60 days
`
`It is FURTHER ORDERED that the Texas Department of Public Safety immediately place a restriction on Defendant’s driver’s
`license, or priVilege to operate a motor vehicle as prowded by law
`
`It is FURTHER ORDERED that, if released on bond, Defendant shall have an ignition interlock deVIce installed, at
`Defendant's expense, not later than 10/23/19, or the 30th day after the date of release from custody upon the vehicle most
`regularly driven by Defendant as described below THE DEFENDANT IS FURTHER ORDERED pay a $10 00 verification and monitoring
`fee to E Harris County Pretrial Serwces
`the Harris County Community SuperVISion and Corrections Department, at the time
`installation of the deVIce is verified and $10 00 on the first occa5ion in each subsequent month that monitoring serVIces are
