`imminent bodily injury by using and exhibiting a deadly weapon, namely, water.

`Before the commission of the offense alleged above, (hereafter styled the primary offense), on September 20, 2012, in Cause Number
`1351415, in the 248th District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Defendant was convicted of the felony of Driving While Intoxicated.

`Before the commission of the primary offense, and after the conviction in Cause Number 1351415 was final, the Defendant committed the
`felony of Driving While Intoxicated and was finally convicted of that offense on May 2, 2016, in Cause Number 15-DCR—070370A, in the
`268th District Court of Fort Bend County, Texas.
