`

`
`It is further presented that in Harris County, Texas, Vanessa Argueta, hereafter styled the Defendant, heretofore on or about April 18, 2018,
`did then and there unlawfully intentionally and knowingly cause bodily injury to Crystal Flores, a person with whom the Defendant had a
`dating relationship, hereafter styled the Complainant by striking the Complainant with her hand.
`
`Probable Cause
`
`Afiiant Darrell Marshall is a peace officer assigned to the Special Victims Division, Family Violence Unit of the Houston Police Department Affiant believes
`and has reason to believe that Vanessa Argueta, hereafier known B Defendant, committed the offense of Assault Family Member on or about April I8, 2018 in
`Harris County, Texas.
`
`Affiant reviewed Houston Police Incident report No. 48635548, written by Officer B. Kwok, whom I found to be credible and reliable. According to the incident
`report, Crystal Flores, hereafler known as Complainant who affiant found to be credible and reliable, stated that at the Pilot Truck stop located at 4440 N McCarty
`St. in Houston, Harris County, Texas, on April 18, 2018, Defendant, who she knows by name and by sight as her current boyfriend’s ex-girlfn'end assaulted her.
`
`Complainant stated she was at ‘work when Defendant walked in and mks her if she is going to talk shit to her. Complainant stated she said no. Defendant walked
`around the counter and started swinging at Complainant. Defendant was pulling Complainant’s hair and swinging at her. Complainant felt pain from her hair
`being pulled. Complainant provided the Officer with a store video that shows the Defendant walk around the counter swing at the complainant and pulled her
`hair.
`
`Affiant interviewed Defendant, whom l found to be credible and reliable. Defendant stated Complainant and I use to be friends. Apparently while my boyfriend
`and l were on a break Complainant and my ex-boyfriend had sex and Complainant became pregnant. Defendant said she was disappointed that Complainant
