`agreed to a settlement of the matter involved in this suit.

`The Court. upon request of the parties, finds that it has jurisdiction of the parties and
`subject matter: that Defendant is indebted to Plaintiff: that the Court has considered the pleadings

`and the evidence and is of the opinion that it would be in the best interest of the parties if the
`
`Court approves this agreement and renders judgment accordingly.
