`The duly organized Grand Jury ofHarris County, Texas, presents in the District Court ofHmis County, Texas, that in Harris County, Texas,
`WAYNE JOSEPH BRIGHT, hereafter styled the Defendant, heretofore on or about August 27, 2019, did then and there mlawfillly, With
`intent‘to commit theft, enter a building not then open to the public, owned by Carlos CarriZalezOvalle, a person having a greater right to
`possession ofthe building than the Defendant and hereafter styled the Complainant, without the effective consent ofthe Complainant,
`namely, without any consent of any kind.
`Before the commission ofthe offense alleged above, (hereafter styled the primary offense), on April 19, 2013, in Cause Number 1384542,
`in the 184th District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Defendant was convicted ofthe felony of Felon in Possession of a Weapon.
`
`Before the commission ofthe primary offense, and after the conviction in Cause Number 1384542 was final, the Defendant committed the
`felony ofFelon in Possession ofa Weapon and was finally convicted ofthat offense on July 28, 2014, in Cause Number 1435878, in the
`180th District Court of Harris County, Texas.
