`
`It is hereby ORDERED that, as a condition of release on a surety, cash, or personal bond, in addition to any other
`conditions of bail presently in effect, that you, Defendant, shall comply with the following conditions of bail:

` You shall not communicate directly, or indirectly, in any manner with TYRONE WHITE, hereafter referred
`
`to as Complainant, except through your attorney, that person’s attorney or a person appointed by the court.
`
` You shall not communicate directly, or indirectly, in any manner with any member of the family or the
`
`household of the Complainant, unless specifically permitted to do so by court order of a family district court.
`
` You shall not directly, or indirectly, in any manner, communicate in a threatening or harassing manner, or
`
`commit any act of violence or intimidation directed at Complainant, or a member of Complainant’s family or
`household.

` You shall not go by, to, or near the residence of the Complainant, specifically, within 200 feet of:
` 1234 TEAL, HOUSTON, TEXAS 77029.
`
` You shall not go by, to, or near the school or place of employment of the Complainant, specifically,
`

` You shall additionally not communicate directly, or indirectly, or in any manner described above with,

`________________________, witness(es) in this case.

`Notwithstanding the conditions of bail specified, above, IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Defendant in
`this case is prohibited from engaging in any of the conduct described above.

`IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this order is effective immediately and shall continue in effect in this
`cause number until the conclusion of the trial, or the Defendant in this case is sentenced or acquitted by this Court,
`whichever occurs last.

`A PERSON WHO VIOLATES THIS ORDER IS SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL CHARGES OF
`CONTEMPT OF COURT, PUNISHABLE BY A FINE OF AS MUCH AS $500, OR BY CONFINEMENT
`IN JAIL FOR AS LONG AS SIX MONTHS, OR BOTH.

`A PERSON WHO VIOLATES THIS ORDER MAY ALSO BE PUNISHED BY THE REVOCATION
`OR INCREASE OF HIS OR HER BOND AND SUBJECT TO CONFINEMENT UNTIL THE
`CONCLUSION OF THIS CASE.

`NO PERSON, INCLUDING A PERSON WHO IS PROTECTED BY THIS ORDER, MAY GIVE
`PERMISSION TO DEFENDANT, OR ANY OTHER PERSON, TO IGNORE OR VIOLATE ANY
`PROVISION OF THIS ORDER. EVERY PROVISION OF THIS ORDER IS IN FULL FORCE AND
