`The duly organized Grand Jury of Harris County, Texas, presents in the District Court of Harris County, Texas, that in Han’is County, Texas,
`LAWRENCE JONES, hereafier styled the Defendant, heretofore on or about February 26, 2019, did then and there unlawfully, with intent to
`commit theft, enter a habitation owned by Jerome Tennon, a person having a greater right to possession of the habitation than the Defendant
`and hereafier styled the Complainant, without the effective consent of the Complainant, namely, without any consent of any kind.

`Before the commission of the offense alleged above, (hereafter styled the primary offense), on September 20, 2013, in Cause Number
`1371791, in the 182nd District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Defendant was convicted of the felony of Burglary of a Habitation.
`
`Before the commission of the primary offense, and afier the conviction in Cause Number 1371791 was final, the Defendant committed the
`felony of Attempted Sexual Assault and was finally convicted of that Offense on August 15, 2014, in Cause Number 1410376, in the 179th
`District Court of Harris County, Texas.
