`Before me, the undersigned Assistant District Attorney of Harris County, Texas, this day appeared the undersigned affiant, who under oath says
`that he has good reason to believe and does believe that in Han'is County, Texas, MARK ANTHONY CRUZ, hereafter styled the Defendant,
`heretofore on or about April 29, 2020, did then and there unlawfully, intentionally and knowingly threaten Onie Jones with imminent bodily
`injury by using and exhibiting a deadly weapon, namely, a knife.

`It is further presented that in Harris County, Texas, Mark Anthony Cruz, hereafter styled the Defendant, heretofore on or about April 29,
`2020, did then and there unlawfully, intentionally and knowingly threaten Onie Jones with imminent bodily injury by using and exhibiting a
`deadly weapon, a baseball bat.

`Before the commission of the offense alleged above, on December 13, 1996, in Cause No. 9693434, in the 313th District Court of Harris
`County, Texas, the Defendant was convicted of the Felony Offense of Aggravated Robbery.

`cause #1675583 fol-this incident.

`On 11/03/2020, the complainainwas shown aphotolineup conteiningatecent mugshot ofthe defendant nlongwith fiveotherindividuals
`withsimilarfeatures.Thephotofimupwaspmhdinadouble—blindmumerbyedetectivewhodidnotknowtheidentityofthe
`defendantorhisposition indielhwupflhewmphlnmtselectedthephotoofmedefendmmgthathe wasveryconfidentthatthiswss
`the man who stabbed him. The complainant wants to putsne chases for this incident.
