`heretofore on or about September 10, 2019, did then and there unlawfully, intentionally and knowingly operate a motor vehicle upon a
`highway after renewal of the Defendant's Texas driver's license had been denied pursuant to the laws of the State of Texas, and the Defendant
`did not have a driver's license subsequently issued pursuant to Chapter 521 of the Texas Transportation Code, and the Defendant was
`operating the motor vehicle without a motor vehicle liability insurance policy or an alternative under Chapter 601, Subchapter E,
`Transportation Code.
