`Apple Inc.’s (“Apple”) (collectively, “Parties”) Joint Notice of Settlement and Motion to Stay

`Deadlines. The Court finds the Motion well taken and therefore grants the same.

`It is therefore ORDERED that all deadlines between 511 Innovations and Apple

`are stayed for thirty (30) days, up to and including Wednesday, April 12, 2017. If a motion to

`dismiss has not been filed by April 12, the parties are ORDERED to appear at 9:00 a.m. on April

`13, 2017 for a status conference.
