`
`Dear Mr. Harris:
`
`We represent Respondents Kenyon Disend, PLLC, Michael Kenyon, Ann Marie Soto,

`above referenced matter. We submit this letter jointly with Joe Beavers, Linda Loen, Crystal Hill-
`Pennington, the City of Gold Bar (collectively “Gold Bar”), Port of Seattle, Kali Matuska, Julie
`Tanga, Sean Gillego and James Tuttle (collectively “Port”), represented by Shannon Ragonesi and

`opposition to the Petition for Writ of Certiorari. KD, Gold Bar and the Port intend to file a joint
`brief in opposition to the Petition for Writ of Certiorari in the interest ofjudicial economy.
`
`I had a pre-planned vacation from September 23, 2019, to September 27, 2019, and will also
`be out of town at a conference from October 2, 2019 to October 4, 2019. Additionally, my

`September 6, 2019,
`to September 20, 2019, and will also be out of town attending the same
`conference as myself from October 2, 2019, to October 4, 2019.
