`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), the July 30, 2019 Scheduling Orders
`
`(PGR2019-00026 Paper 7; PGR2019-00027 Paper 7), and the September 25, 2019
`
`Revised Scheduling Order (PGR2019-00028 Paper 10), Petitioner Grünenthal
`
`GmbH (“Grünenthal”) hereby requests oral argument for the hearings currently
`
`scheduled for April 24, 2020 in PGR2019-00026, -00027, and -00028. Grünenthal
`
`respectfully requests that the oral arguments for these three proceedings be heard at
`
`the same time and requests a total of ninety minutes per side of oral argument time
`
`on the following issues:
`
`(1) The grounds on which the subject trials were instituted;
`
`(2) Any pending motions; and
`
`(3) Any other matters raised by Patent Owner or the Board.
`
`Grünenthal requests the ability to use audio-visual equipment to display
`
`demonstrative exhibits, including the use of a projector and screen for PowerPoint
`
`display. In accordance with the Office Patent Trial Practice Guide, 77 Fed. Reg.
`
`48756, 48768 (Aug. 14, 2012), Grünenthal will contact a Board Trial Division
`
`paralegal to discuss this request.
