`1 We exercise our discretion to issue a single Order to be entered in each

`On December 10, 2019, Honeywell International Inc. (“Patent
`Owner”) contacted the Board via e-mail requesting authorization to file a
`motion to withdraw Eugene Goryunov as counsel for Patent Owner in these
`proceedings. Ex. 3001. Upon authorization from the Board, Patent Owner
`filed a Motion to Withdraw Counsel Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.10.
`Paper 57 (“Motion” or “Mot.”).
`In its Motion, Patent Owner represents that Mr. Goryunov has left the
`firm of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, and that the current lead and remaining back-
`up counsel will continue to represent Patent Owner in these proceedings. Id.
`Patent Owner also represents in its e-mail that Petitioner does not oppose the
`Motion. Ex. 3001. Patent Owner filed an updated Power of Attorney under
`37 C.F.R. § 42.10 omitting Mr. Goryunov from its list of attorneys
`authorized to represent Patent Owner. Paper 59. Patent Owner also filed
`updated Mandatory Notices. Paper 58.
`Counsel may withdraw from a proceeding only with authorization
`from the Board. 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e). Because no prejudice has been
`shown and Petitioner does not oppose the withdrawal of Mr. Goryunov, the
`Motion is granted.
`It is therefore:
`ORDERED that Eugene Goryunov is withdrawn as counsel from
`these proceedings.
