`1 We exercise our discretion to issue a single Order to be entered in each
`case using a joint caption. The parties are not permitted to use this caption

`On February 14, 2020, Patent Owner contacted the Board via e-mail
`seeking authorization to file two new exhibits with its Reply in support of its
`Motion for Leave to Request a Certificate of Correction. Ex. 3005. In its e-
`mail, Patent Owner identifies the exhibits as:
`(1) Excerpts of the file history of U.S. Patent No. 9,157,017;
`and
`(2) U.S. Provisional Patent Application No. 60/658,543 to
`Minor (“the ’543 application”).
`Id. As to the latter exhibit, Patent Owner states that the ’543 application is a
`predecessor in priority to U.S. Patent Application Publication
`No. 2008/0230738 to Minor, which is discussed in Petitioner’s Opposition to
`Patent Owner’s Motion. Id. (citing Paper 71, 10–11). Patent Owner further
`states that Petitioner does not object to the filing of these exhibits.
`Because the parties have conferred and Petitioner does not object, we
`authorize Patent Owner to the file the above-identified exhibits. Patent
`Owner shall file the exhibits with its Reply in support of its Motion for
`Leave to Request a Certificate of Correction.
`It is therefore:
`ORDERED that Patent Owner is authorized to the file the above-
`identified exhibits with its Reply in support of its Motion for Leave to
`Request a Certificate of Correction.
