`Petitioner in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas

`(SDTX-4-22-cv-00965).

`The ’016 patent was also asserted in C&M Oilfield Rentals, LLC v. Apollo
`
`Lighting Solutions Inc. et al. No. 6-21-cv-00544 (W.D. Tex. May 28, 2021), which
`
`was dismissed on December 8, 2022.
`
