`Patent 10,804,740 B2
`
`
`A. BACKGROUND
`On May 12, 2022 we entered a Decision to Institute and a Scheduling
`Order setting February 9, 2023 for oral argument, if requested, in this
`proceeding. Papers 9, 10. On August 4, 2022 Patent Owner filed a Motion
`to Amend requesting Preliminary Guidance. Paper 16. On October 28,
`2022, Petitioner filed an Opposition to Patent Owner’s Motion to Amend.
`Paper 22. On November 23, 2022, we entered Preliminary Guidance
`concerning Patent Owner’s Motion to Amend. Paper 26. On December 8,
`2022 Patent Owner filed a Revised Motion to Amend. Paper 28.
`In view of Patent Owner’s Revised Motion to Amend, we entered a
`Revised Scheduling Order, and reset the hearing date to March 9, 2023.
`Paper 33. The Revised Scheduling Order, however, on page 2 mistakenly
`refers to March 16, 2023, as the hearing date. We enter this Corrected
`Revised Scheduling Order to make clear that the oral hearing is scheduled
`for March 9, 2023. The revised due dates are as found in the attached
`Revised Due Date Appendix.
`On December 29, 2022 Patent Owner requested an oral hearing to be
`conducted in-person. Paper 30. On December 29, 2022, Petitioner
`requested a video hearing. Paper 31. As both parties have not requested an
`in-person hearing, the hearing will be conducted by video. A corresponding
`Trial Hearing Order will be issued in due course.
