`Mandatory Notices to update the listing of related matters to reflect the filings of

`two ex parte reexaminations against U.S. Patent No. 6,411,941.

`RELATED MATTERS
`On September 21 and 27, 2021, two Requests for Ex Parte Reexamination
`
`of U.S. Patent No. 6,411,941 (control nos. 90/014,865 and 90/020,138,
`
`respectively) were filed at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The
`
`Examiner granted the 90/014,865 reexamination request on November 17, 2021.
`
`The 90/020,138 reexamination request is still pending.
`
`Petitioners are filing these Updated Mandatory Notices as soon as possible
`
`after becoming aware of the above Requests. If trial is instituted in the instant inter
`
`partes review proceeding, Petitioners intend to seek a stay of the concurrent ex
`
`parte reexamination proceedings on the ’941 patent. See 84 Fed. Reg. 16,654,
`
`16,657 (Apr. 22, 2019) (“The Board typically will consider motions to stay a
`
`concurrent Office proceeding … any time after institution of an AIA trial
`
`proceeding….”).
