`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53, please take notice that Petitioners Samsung
`
`Electronics Co., Ltd. and Samsung Electronics America, Inc. (collectively,
`
`“Samsung”), by and through its counsel, shall take the deposition of Brandi Cossairt,
`
`Ph.D., commencing October 28, 2021, at 12:00 p.m. EDT, and continuing until
`
`completed remotely via videoconference. The deposition will be conducted before
`
`an officer authorized by law to administer oaths. The deposition will be recorded
`
`stenographically and by videotape, and the stenographic method will include instant
`
`visual display of testimony.
`
`The cross-examination will be a single consolidated deposition concerning
`
`cases IPR2021-00183, concerning U.S. Patent No. 7,588,828; IPR2021-00184,
`
`concerning U.S. Patent No. 7,803,423; IPR2021-00185, concerning U.S. Patent No.
`
`7,867,557; and IPR2021-00186, concerning U.S. Patent No. 8,524,365. The
`
`consolidated deposition will be recorded on a single transcript that will apply to all
`
`four of the above-listed IPRs (i.e., IPR2021-00183, IPR2021-00184, IPR2021-
`
`00185, and IPR2021-00186). Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53(d)(1), the parties have
`
`agreed on this date, time, and location for Dr. Cossairt’s deposition.
