`Pursuant to the Board’s Scheduling Order, Patent Owner Nanoco
`
`Technologies Ltd. (“Patent Owner”) respectfully requests oral argument in the
`
`above-identified proceedings. Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), and without
`
`waiving the right to raise any additional issues not listed below, Patent Owner
`
`requests an oral hearing on the following issues:
`
`1. Any issues raised by Petitioner in this proceeding, including in the
`
`Petition for Inter Partes Review and Replies in this proceeding, and
`
`including whether the challenged claims of U.S. Patent No. 7,803,423 are
`
`patentable.
`
`2. Any issues raised by Patent Owner in this proceeding, including in Patent
`
`Owner’s Response and Patent Owner’s Sur-reply.
`
`3. Any additional issues raised by Petitioner in any Request for Oral
`
`Argument.
`
`4. Any additional issues raised by the Board or Petitioner at oral argument.
`
`Patent Owner has conferred with Petitioner and both parties request that the
`
`oral hearing for this proceeding be consolidated with the hearing scheduled for
`
`IPR2021-00182, IPR2021-00183, IPR2021-00185, and IPR2021-00186. Patent
`
`Owner and Petitioner have also conferred without agreement concerning the
`
`amount of time necessary for argument. Patent Owner believes that an allocation
`
`of ninety (90) minutes per side will be sufficient, with 60 minutes per side for
`

`consolidated arguments in IPR2021-00183 through -00186, and 30 minutes per
`
`side in IPR2021-00182. Patent Owner also requests the opportunity to reserve a
`
`portion of its allocated time for sur-rebuttals.
`
`Should the hearing be conducted in person, Patent Owner requests the ability
`
`to use computers at the hearing, as well as audio/visual equipment to display
`
`demonstrative exhibits, including the use of a projector and screen for a
`
`PowerPoint presentation. Patent Owner requests that at least three spaces be
`
`reserved at the oral hearing.
