`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. §§ 42.8(a)(3) and (b)(2), Petitioner Ability Opto-

`Electronics Technology Co. Ltd. hereby submits this updated notice of related

`matters. On September 15, 2020, the Federal Circuit granted HP Inc.’s petition for a
`
`writ of mandamus to direct the United States District Court for the Eastern District
`
`of Texas to transfer the district court case, Largan Precision Co., Ltd. v. Ability
`
`Opto-Electronics Technology Co., Ltd., No. 4:19-cv-00696-ALM (E.D. Tex.), to the
`
`United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Order at 9, In re
`
`HP Inc., No. 2020-140 (Fed. Cir. Sept. 15, 2020). The same day, the district court
`
`stayed further action in the Eastern District of Texas case. Order at 1, Largan
`
`Precision Co., Ltd. v. Ability Opto-Electronics Tech. Co., Ltd., No. 4:19-cv-00696-
`
`ALM (E.D. Tex. Sept. 15, 2020). The district court case was transferred to the
`
`United States District Court for the Northern District of California on September 21,
`
`2020, and the district court entered an order setting an initial case management
`
`conference for December 24, 2020. Order Setting Initial Case Management
`
`Conference and ADR Deadlines at 2, Largan Precision Co., Ltd. v. Ability Opto-
`
`Electronics Technology Co., Ltd., No. 3:20-cv-06607-JD (N.D. Cal. Sept. 21, 2020).

`Accordingly, U.S. Patent No. 8,988,796 is currently involved in the following
