`a second handle portion which is retractable with respect to the first handle portion; and

`which is pivotable around a pivot, the pivoting member has a first pivoting position and a
`second pivoting position for pivoting around the pivot, in the first pivoting position, the
`second handle portion is locked to the first handle portion, and in the second pivoting
`position, the second handle portion is unlocked from the first handle portion.
