`Service of Demonstratives

`dated June 28, 2021 (Paper 27), Patent Owner Philips North America LLC

`(“Philips”) and Petitioners Fitbit, Inc. (“Fitbit”) and Garmin International, Inc.,
`
`Garmin USA, Inc., and Garmin Ltd. (“Garmin”) (hereinafter, “Parties”) hereby
`
`request that the Board modify the deadline for serving demonstratives (Paper 27 at
`
`3, and fn. 4). The Parties have met and conferred, and have reached agreement, and
`
`hereby request that the deadline for service of the demonstratives be changed to
`
`Monday, July 26, instead of the current deadline of Tuesday, July 20 (id.). The
`
`deadline for filing the demonstratives as set in the Order Setting Oral Argument will
`
`remain the same (no later than the time of the hearing).
