`for Oral Argument

`
`In accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a) and the Scheduling Order dated
`
`October 27, 2020 (Paper 13), Patent Owner Philips North America LLC (“Philips”
`
`or “Patent Owner”) respectfully requests the opportunity to present oral argument
`
`on the issues identified in the Decision Instituting Inter Partes Review (Paper 15)
`
`(e.g., the alleged unpatentability of claims 1, 7-10, 13-16, 22, 24-25 of the ‘233

`
`raised by the parties, and any additional issues or questions raised by the Board or
`
`the parties before or during the oral argument.
`
`Patent Owner requests 60 minutes total to address all the issues involved in
`
`this proceeding. See PTAB Consolidated Trial Practice Guide, Nov. 2019 Ed., 81-
`
