`STIPULATION AND ORDER TO EXTEND TIME

`IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by the parties, subject to the approval of the Court, that the
`
`deadline for substantial completion of document production is extended from June 5, 2020 to
`
`June 26, 2020.
`
`There is good cause for the requested extension. Under the ESI Order, a Receiving Party
`
`may propose search terms to run against the Producing Party’s custodial data. The parties have
`
`been meeting and conferring regarding ESI search terms extensively since January 2020. The
`
`parties recently completed their negotiations for Mr. Vorbach on May 28, 2020, a named inventor
`
`on all asserted patents, and additional time is requested to review and complete his ESI production
`
`relative to the “substantial completion of document production” deadline. The requested extension
`
`would not impact any other deadline in the case.
