`SUBJECT: IPR2020-00459: Order Modifying Trial Schedule by the District Court - HP Inc. v. Neodron Ltd
`Thursday, July 2, 2020 4:54:38 PM
`
`Dear Honorable Board,
`
`In Paper 11 of IPR2020-00459, the Board instructed the Parties to “notify the
`Board of any decision by the district court that significantly impacts the
`litigation schedule.” On June 30, 2020, after Petitioners filed their reply in this
`proceeding, the District Court for the Western District of Texas moved the trial
`date from March 22, 2021, to June 28, 2021.
`
`Petitioners respectfully request what procedure the Board would like
`Petitioners to follow to file the notice of schedule change from the district court
`in this proceeding.
`
`Respectfully,
`
`
`James M. Heintz
