`Novo Nordisk A/S (“Patent Owner”) moves for an Order authorizing
`Laura T. Moran and Ryan P. Johnson to appear pro hac vice on behalf of
`Patent Owner. Papers 9, 10, see also Exhibits 2001, 2002 (declarations of
`Laura T. Moran and Ryan P. Johnson in support of the respective motions).
`The motions are unopposed by Mylan Institutional LLC (“Petitioner”).
`On this record, we determine that Laura T. Moran and Ryan P.
`Johnson have sufficient legal and technical qualifications to represent Patent
`Owner as back-up counsel in this proceeding. Accordingly, Patent Owner
`has established that there is good cause for the pro hac vice admission of
`those counsel in this proceeding.
`
`In consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby:
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s motions for pro hac vice recognition
`of Laura T. Moran and Ryan P. Johnson are granted; Laura T. Moran and
`Ryan P. Johnson are authorized to represent Patent Owner as back-up
`counsel in the instant proceeding;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Laura T. Moran and Ryan P. Johnson
`shall comply with the Office Patent Trial Practice Guide and the Board’s
`Rules of Practice for Trials, as set forth in Part 42 of 37 C.F.R.; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Laura T. Moran and Ryan P. Johnson
`shall be subject to the Office’s disciplinary jurisdiction under 37 C.F.R.
`§ 11.19(a) and the Office’s Rules of Professional Conduct set forth in 37
`C.F.R. §§ 11.101–11.901.
