`personal knowledge of the facts set forth herein, and am competent to testify to the

`I am currently Manager, Joint Ventures Parts Catalogs at General
`
`Motors. I have been in this role. for 17 years.
`

`I have extensive experience with the Electronics Parts Catalog and the
`
`part information it contains". The Electronic Parts Catalog is available to GM
`
`customers, such as automotive dealerships that purchase and sell General Motors
`
`vehicles and parts. The Electronics. Parts Catalog includes information. used by
`
`customers when purchasing vehicle parts, including part numbers and drawings.

`Attached hereto as Exhibit 2002 is a true and correct copy of excerpts
`
`from the General Motors Electronic Parts Catalog directed to the 2017 Chevrolet
`
`Sonic hood. The schematic drawing shown in Exhibit 2002 was continuously
`
`available to GM customers after late 2016. The screenshot at p. 1 of Exhibit 2002
`
`is located in the Electronic Parts Catalog by launching the Electronic Parts Catalog-
`
`and selecting “(J—Chevrolet,” “2017” model year, “J-lJ4 ~— Sonic Sedan (Canada
`
`and US),”- “OS-Front End Sheet Metal-Heater—Fluids-Vehicle Maintenance,” and
`
