`Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc., Teva Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc., Watson Laborato-

`ries, Inc., Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Inc., Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Ltd., and Sun

`Pharmaceuticals Industries, Ltd., and subject to further modification of the case

`schedule as authorized by the Board, Patent Owner Merck Sharp & Dohme Corp.,

`by and through its attorneys, will conduct the cross-examination by deposition of

`Mukund Chorghade, Ph.D., on Tuesday, December 15, 2020. The deposition will

`be conducted by videoconference and will commence at 9:00 a.m., Eastern Time.
