`3. A corrected Application Data Sheet (ADS) adding the benefit claim, as required by 37
`
`CFR 1.78(c), is filed herewith.

`4. A request for a certificate of correction and a form SB44 adding the benefit claim are

`filed herewith.

`5. A petition for inter partes review was filed 2019-10-10 (IPR2020-00031). Patent
`
`Owner initiated the process for requesting permission to file this request in October
`
`2019. A preliminary owner’s response was filed 2020-01-22. A corrected benefit
`
`claim for the instant patent may have material effect on the IPR proceedings and the
`
`owner’s response, which will be due in July 2020 if trial is instituted.
