`Petitioner United Laboratories International, LLC (“Petitioner”) requests a
`
`refund of $15,000 to be issued to by check to Tumey L.L.P, at 5177 Richmond
`
`Avenue, Suite 1188, Houston, Texas 77056.
`
`On August 23, 2019, Petitioner filed a Petition for Inter Partes Review with
`
`the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Patent Trial and Appeal Board that was
`
`assigned case number IPR2019-01544. In accordance with the fee schedule specified
`
`in 37 C.F.R. § 42.15 at that time, Petitioner, through its counsel of record Tumey
`
`L.L.P., submitted a debit card payment in the amount of $15,000 in post-institution
`
`fees. On January 22, 2020, the Board issued its decision denying institution of
`
`IPR2019-01544 (Paper 9), and on June 12, 2020, the Board denied Petitioner’s
`
`request for rehearing (Paper 11).
`
`Accordingly, Petitioner requests a refund in the amount of $15,000 for the
`
`post-institution fees that it has paid to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in
`
`connection with said proceeding.
