`
`This matter comes before the Court on the Joint Motion to Extend Deadlines filed by
`
`Plaintiff Jaguar Land Rover Limited ("JLR") and Defendants Bentley Motors Limited and Bentley
`
`Motors, Inc. (collectively, "Bentley"), by counsel. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 6(b), 16(b), and
`
`Local Civil Rule 7(F), the parties jointly move the Court to extend the currently pending deadlines
`
`set in the September 25, 2019 Scheduling Order (ECF No. 55, "Scheduling Order"), and other
`
`currently pending deadlines, by sixty (60) to ninety (90) days as detailed below in light of
`
`complications related to the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak.
`
`The parties acted diligently and timely in making this joint request and good cause supports
`
`the parties' request to suspend certain current pending deadlines in light of the CO VID-19
`
`outbreak.
`
`Pursuant to Rules 6(b) and l 6(b ), upon due consideration, for good cause shown, and
`
`finding it appropriate to do so, the Court GRANTS the Joint Motion. The Court ORDERS that
`
`the following deadlines are extended, as set forth below:
