`On February 4, 2020, in this proceeding, the Board instituted an inter
`partes review of claims 1–3 of U.S. Patent No. 8,407,609 B2 (“the ’609
`patent”). Paper 7 (Institution Decision). The accompanying Scheduling
`Order provides that oral argument, if requested, shall be held on
`November 4, 2020. Paper 8 at 9 (Scheduling Order).
`Today, in another proceeding (IPR2020-00041 (“the 041 IPR”)), the
`Board instituted an inter partes review of claims 1–3 of the ’609 patent.
`Netflix, Inc. v. Uniloc 2017 LLC, IPR2020-00041, Paper 10 at 45 (PTAB
`March 25, 2020) (Institution Decision). The Scheduling Order in the 041
`IPR provides that oral argument, if requested, will be held on December 3,
`2020. Netflix, Inc. v. Uniloc 2017 LLC, IPR2020-00041, Paper 11 at 10
`(PTAB March 25, 2020).
`This proceeding and the 041 IPR address different grounds, rely on
`different references, and include different Petitioners; however, both
`proceedings involve the same claims of the same patent. Accordingly, the
`Board concludes that it would be most efficient to conduct oral hearings, if
`requested, at different times on the same day for this proceeding and the 041
`IPR.
`
`Accordingly, the Scheduling Order (Paper 8) in this proceeding is
`revised to provide that oral argument, if requested, shall be held on
`December 3, 2020.

`Accordingly, it is:
`ORDERED that DUE DATE 8 in the Scheduling Order (Paper 8) is
`changed to December 3, 2020;
`FURTHER ORDERED that no other changes are made to the
